Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties are partnering on a landmark hotel and residential development in Dubai. The Corinthia Dubai, expected to open in 2030, will occupy a two-tower development.

Exceeding 1,640 feet, the building on Sheikh Zayed Road will be one of the world’s tallest. The towers will be conjoined by a cantilevered sky lobby some 650 feet above the ground.
Corinthia and Dubai General Properties say the “skyline-defining structure will showcase refined design, opulent interiors, exceptional amenities and unmatched personalized service. This visionary project will redefine the traditional hotel and branded residences concept, introducing Corinthia’s Mediterranean soul and inventive hospitality to Dubai for the first time.”
The ballroom and event spaces will boast views of Jumeirah Beach, and the property’s five restaurants and bars will have sweeping sea and city vistas, Corinthia said. The development will include multiple rooftop pools, including what Corinthia says will be the world’s highest outdoor sky pool.
There also will be private pools for penthouses and select residences, and a private members’ club with lush green spaces.
