A family Eid Feast at Liwan restaurant
Swissotel Al Ghurair’s Executive Chef Wilson D’Souza presents a sumptuous buffet spread including hot and cold mezzeh, fresh salads and an international spread of delicious main courses, including local delicacies and highlights of a live Shawarma station, Fish Sayadieh mix grills, shish tawook, kofta, Lamb Ouzi and Biryani. Celebrating Eid on a sweet note, guests indulge their sweet-tooth in various desserts, including hand-crafted Arabic desserts, like Umm Ali, Pistachio Mohalabia, cheese, kunafa, date cake, assorted baklava, znoud el sit, Halawat, Assafriya, accompanied by free-flowing tea, coffee and juices.
